Sir Terry Matthews, one of the early supporters of the campaign to bring Flow-Through Shares (FTS) to the tech sector in Canada. He hopes the federal government includes the measure in the November 4 budget .

In an interview with Paul Brent of Canada Flow-Through Shares, he noted with dismay a recent report that about one third of recent Canadian start-ups have left for the United States often due to a lack of funding. FTS would help address that need.
